You want an agent who is fun to be around, but who takes care of business when it’s time to get serious. You want someone calm, competent and in control—an expert negotiator who knows what you deserve and knows how to get it. You want someone who’s accountable and at your (full) service. You want it all, and you should have it. You want Brian Sundberg.
Brian is a licensed Realtor® who lives for helping families find home—wherever it may be. He sells an average of 40–50 homes per year, has renovated more than 20, and owns rentals throughout the neighborhoods he serves. So yeah, Brian knows his market, and he’ll help you get the best of it no matter what it takes. Ask him how he sleeps at night and he’ll say, “Like a baby, because I go to bed knowing I’ve done everything in my power to help my clients.” Some people may call that overly earnest. Brian just calls it the right thing to do.

When he’s not buying and selling homes like a pro, you can find Brian goofing around with his wife and two daughters or logging miles on his road or mountain bikes. In his past lives, he earned a B.S. in biology from the University of Illinois, worked in Antarctica circa 1997, and was a park ranger in Teton National Park. He may or may not know Smokey the Bear personally. That fact is still unsubstantiated.
After growing up on the west coast and spending a few years in Texas for high school, Brady moved to Boulder in 2004 to attend the University of Colorado. Her family also made the move so Boulder is now where they all call home. She studied Economics and Business but always knew she loved the real estate business. Getting to connect and meet new people is her favorite part about the business!
She enjoys all that Colorado has to offer from the mountains and hiking, to the ever growing City of Denver. When not running around on the job, she likes to be active with her dogs, hike, attend a yoga class, and see live music!
