About Brian Sundberg

  • I love real estate and take my job seriously, not to say that we can't have some fun along the way.  I enjoy the challenge of finding someone the perfect spot, perfect investment or maximizing your net proceeds from the sale of your home.

  • I've been an active Realtor since 1998 and have ranked in the Top 5% of agents nationwide since 2001.  I am also an active real estate investor with direct, hands-on experience in rental properties. fixer-uppers, spec homes and foreclosed properties.

  • Personally, I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Illinois in Urbana, have been a Park Ranger in the Tetons and have worked in Antarctica.  I am an avid cyclist (mountain & road) and love being outside with my wife and two young daughters.

  • Most importantly for you, I characterize myself as being honest, accountable, reasonable and at your service.  If that's who you'd like to work with, give me a call, together we'll make your next move a winner.

TESTIMONIALS:  I am humbled by the kind words of past clients and strive to provide the best service each and every time!

Please extend our sincere appreciation and highest compliments to Brian Sundberg, one of the outstanding realtors on your team.
My wife Nancy and I first contacted Brian in September, looking for a home close to my new job in north Boulder. From the very beginning we were impressed with his professional knowledge and detailed knowledge of the area.
We qualified to purchase a home for more than $400,000, which would have given Brian a larger commission. In fact, Nancy and I toured and seriously considered some expensive homes. But being a man of honesty and integrity, Brian steered us toward a house costing less than $300,000 – a home more suited to our actual needs.
The seller was uncooperative, which made Brian’s job much more difficult. The home inspector identified a number of issues, but the seller refused to do anything (other than clean the carpets that had been soiled by their dog).
We closed on our new home on October 10th, but we could not handle any of the repairs or other problems at the house. In particular, Nancy developed bronchitis plus pneumonia and was unable to do anything for a couple of weeks. During that same time, I had to leave town on a long business trip.
However, Brian stepped up to the challenge and took care of everything for us. He had the radon system installed, he got someone to service and certify the furnace, he found a handyman to make numerous repairs, he got the garage door opener installed, and he brought in a professional painting crew. By the time we actually moved in on October 27th, everything was perfect!
In conclusion, Brian did amazing things for us, far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor. And most incredible of all, Brian did all of this for only half the normal commission, since the seller refused to pay the full amount!
We are extremely pleased with RE/MAX and with Brian Sundberg in particular!

Dear Brian,
Tim and I want to thank you for the truly excellent job that you did with our house sale. We have worked with many Realtors and found you to have the best combination of attributes for the job. First of all, your marketing efforts were well thought out and executed from promptly getting together the website and flyers, doing an open house the first weekend, and keeping the box filled with fliers. We noticed that other properties for sale in our area did not receive that kind of attention and still are on the market.
Second, you did a fabulous job interacting with both of us. We each had different concerns and needs during the selling process and you managed to assuage both of our issues in a timely and pleasant manner.
Third, not only did we like your professional side but we enjoyed your sense of humor when it was needed during this stressful time for us.
We have never had such a great experience on the seller's side and you have set a high benchmark for others to aspire to.
Again thank you and good luck with life in Boulder. We'll miss it.
Regards,
